FLOOR & HARD SURFACE CLEANER CONCENTRATE
A concentrated highly perfumed lemon floor gel formulated to clean floors and other hard surfaces, whilst at the same time removing any unpleasant odours. A highly versatile hard surface cleaner that can be used to remove ingrained grime from surfaces including safety flooring, vinyl, ceramic and painted surfaces.

HOW TO USE
A versatile floor maintenance product that can be used on most sealed floors and other hard surfaces. It is particularly useful for removing rubber heel marks and can be buffed to a rich gloss finish. Suitable for a wide variety of cleaning operations in housekeeping and building services applications as a damp wipe surface and floor cleaner. Cleans floors, walls, toilet cubicles, urinals, sluice rooms, wash basins, tiled areas and tables. Can be used as a floor maintainer and can be buffed to give a satin finish. Perfect for laminate, sealed and polished wood floors.
Clean-As-You-Go Hygiene
Remove gross debris. Spray directly onto the surface or equipment. Depending on the degree of soiling allow sufficient time for the product to penetrate the soil. Agitate heavily soiled areas if necessary, then simply wipe away with a clean cloth or absorbent paper to leave a fresh clean surface.
Biotek Floor Gel must be diluted before use using a 30ml 5lt pelican pump, a manual wall mounted bottle/ bucket pump or via an automatic chemical/water mixing station. For a bottle cleaning solution dilute with one plunge of pelican/wall mounted manual pump per 750ml trigger bottle.
For a bucket cleaning solution add two to four plunges of dispenser to a 23 litre bucket of water depending on the degree of soiling.
The product is a concentrate designed for economy in use, so follow the recommended dilution rates as over concentration of chemical may cause smearing on surfaces or leave them tacky. If this happens wipe down with a damp cloth or mop with cold clean water.
SAFETY ADVICE
Concentrate and in use solutions are not classified as hazardous, however we advise that normal hygiene practices are adopted. Wear rubber gloves when using solutions and avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.
