A quick action surface urine neutraliser specifically designed to encapsulate and destroy foul smells. Use to treat urine smells in residential care homes, bars, washrooms, hotel rooms and other accommodation/public areas where stale urine odours are prevalent. Contains a long lasting residual lemon fragrance.

HOW TO USE
MAGIC URINE NEUTRALISER is used directly from the bottle as a ready to go solution and requires no dilution with water. Suitable for use in all housekeeping, washroom, building services and residential care/lodging sectors where urine/faecal mal-odours are prevalent.
Using the trigger bottle atomiser spray directly onto the contaminated hard floor/surface or carpet area. If on carpet blot up with a clean sponge, mop or white towel and allow to air dry. Where there is heavy urine contamination, clean first with Carpet Fresh extraction shampoo via a hot water extraction machine.
Caution: Always pre-test material in an unobtrusive area for colour fastness before proceeding.
It is specifically designed to remove mal-odours from the air and the surrounding soft furnishings. The product contains an encapsulating complex where by mal-odour molecules are bound together to freshen stale/stagnant enclosed air spaces and surface contamination.
Ideal for use on carpets, nappy bins, toilet areas and other communal areas where urine smells are a problem.
SAFETY ADVICE
Not classified as hazardous, however we advise that normal hygiene practices are adopted. Avoid contact with eyes and wear rubber gloves for repeated or prolonged use.
