Description: Cabinet glass washer detergent

HOW TO USE
A highly effective commercial liquid glass washer detergent which is automatically dosed into the machine either by the RP Adam free-on-loan wall mounted dosing unit or by the internal glass washer pump. It is designed to remove the heaviest organic soils from glassware and poly-carbonates. For optimum results, ensure your machine wash temperature is between 60-65°C.
There are four main factors which affect the results from your glass washer:
2. Debris and scale.
3. Low water temperature.
4. Washing with dirty water.
FACTORS IMPACTING ON RESULTS
The wash jets inside the glass washer frequently get blocked up with debris and scale. These need to be removed and cleaned every day.
The wash water in the wash tank must be changed frequently – dirty water and debris will give poor results.
Always pre-scrape large debris (lemon, cocktail sticks, cigarette butts etc.) before you put them in the glass washer; this will result in fewer rejects and the best results possible.
Stack glasses of the same size together in the racks – if a short glass is located behind a pint glass the water and chemical will not hit the surface completely and will cause poor results.
Place glasses upside down in the racks; this maximises the surface for the chemical and jet water to hit.
Ensure heavily soiled glasses are pre-rinsed prior to machine washing.
Ensure baskets/racks are filled to capacity – half filled baskets cause breakages.
Always allow glasses to air dry. Using tea towels which harbour bacteria is a poor hygiene practice and should be avoided at all times.
